Edit your site info:

The page registered at any time with the web ring must be the page your code and images are displayed on. If you wish to place your code and images on a links page, for example, your links page must be the page registered with the web ring.

Okay. Stop. Read the paragraph above out loud to yourself. This means the page you just entered into the Queue is where the code and graphic should be displayed. If it isn't- please go back and change that NOW. Your registered page is where visitors arrive when viewing your site. If it is a page other than your main page, it's a good idea to have a very obvious and visible link from that page to your main page.

The URL you have registered currently with the web ring is also the one and only page the Ringmaster will look at to verify your code and images to add you to the web ring.

Please read the above paragraph one more time. Let's say you decided after signing up with a particular URL to add your code and images to a different page. It's America and we are all free to make that choice. BUT the Ringmaster won't be looking there. The Ringmaster only looks at the site you have currently registered. This means unless you change the URL via "edit site info" before you ask to be added to the web ring your site will not be added. That means you would have done all that work for nothing, and you have indirectly denied the public of the joy of the incredible, unique, interesting site you just worked so hard to make "just perfect". An avoidable tragedy.

If you are already part of The  Bull Terrier  Ring and need to edit your site's attributes (URL, your e-mail address, site description, keywords, or password), you may do so by entering your Site ID and password here:

Please note, if your URL changes and you do not update your ring information, chances are your site will be deleted from the ring. Sites that cannot be located by the web ring program interrupt the sequence for browsers of the ring, and are therefore deleted. You may sign up for the ring again, however, but you will receive a new ID number and will need to place that into your code just as when you signed up the first time. Your old ID number will not function.
